MOPS 4.0 is started from your web browser by entering the address provided by your system administrator (eg https://mops4.mopssys.com).

Note: You can bookmark the MOPS 4.0 web site in your browser so that you do not need to type the address each time.

The first time you navigate to the MOPS 4.0 web site from a device you will be redirected to another web page for logging in.
