Navigation bar

Navigate the trend in time with the navigation bar, located in the bottom of the Trend page. Values in the trend view are shown for the time period chosen in the navigator.

Zoom

Using Zoom in or Zoom out is a quick way of increasing or decreasing the amount of data displayed in the graph area. Both recalculates the start and end time. Zoom in/out with the buttons. Without a ruler, zoom starts from the center of the graph. With a ruler, the zoom centers the ruler time and starts from there. If the ruler is too close to end time, the trend curve will adjust to that when zooming in.

Period

When using a period (1H, 6H, 1D, 2D, 1W, 2W, 1MO or 2MO), the displayed time will be adapted to end time if there is a current value. A change of period always forces new data to be read and the curves to be redrawn. The use of the Shorter Period or Longer Period is a quick way of increasing or decreasing the selected Period.

Start and End Time

The Start and End Time is the start and end for the time interval shown in the graph area. Start and End Time can be changed by the user and are always recalculated when using the zoom or step buttons. A change of period forces a recalculation of the Start Time.

Decide a specific period by entering Start time and End time and then click the update button to the right in the navigation bar.

Step buttons

Navigate the trend in time by using the step buttons.

and moves the timeline a quarter of the period chosen back or forward.

and moves the whole period chosen back or forward.

sets the trend curve to the current value (latest value in).
