Overview Before a user can log in to MOPS 4.0 an account that matches the configured identity provider (Azure AD/AD FS/MOPS 4.0 Identity Provider) need to be added in MOPS 4.0. When opening the Account page all existing accounts in MOPS 4.0 are listed.

Overview A client definition in MOPS 4.0 refers to any client configured at an identity provider, such as Entra ID, ADFS or another third-party identity issuer. The URL of an instance of such an identity provider is added to MOPS 4.0 as an “issuer” and this issuer is used to point different clients in MOPS 4.0 to different identity providers.

Overview MOPS 4.0 comes with a set of predefined roles that gives access to different features in MOPS 4.0. It is also possible to add and define new roles based on the predefined roles. All roles can be viewed in the list of roles. The predefined roles can not be edited or deleted as they are crucial for the function of the application. An account can have multiple roles assigned to it to combine certain permissions.

When permissions for a role is given to a display opr dashboard in MOPS 4.0, it is done using named operations such as ‘Read & Write’ or ‘Full Control’. Selecting one of these operations assigns a set of basic permissions. The list of available basic permissions, is listed in the table below.
